CSLI has an amazing team of energetic staff members working for you because we want to ensure that your study and homestay experiences are positive and memorable.

CSLI's staff can help you with any questions or concerns that you may have about your stay in Vancouver - anything to do with your studies, homestay, or life in Vancouver. Remember that all questions are welcome. There is always someone available to talk about any questions you may have about adapting to your new life in Vancouver - study goals, culture shock, homesickness, or personal challenges.

Our staff all speak a second language, so they can help you not only in English but also in Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, and French. Just contact them and they will be very happy to help you.

Lori-Ann Keenan Director and Owner	Lori-Ann is Director and Owner of CSLI. She is going to welcome you on your first day of school and is always happy to help you with anything you need.
Valeria is Marketing Director of CSLI. She is mainly responsible for marketing, but she is always working to make CSLI better for you. Valeria can help you in English, Portuguese, or Spanish..	Valeria Castro Marketing Director
Jeff Nordin Assistant Marketing Director	Jeff ran an English school for 7 years in Japan. His 12 years spent living in Japan give him a true understanding of your needs when you are away from home. Jeff not only speaks English but Japanese fluently and will be available to give you good advice.

Kuniko Goto Student Counselor and Assistant Marketing Manager	Kuniko is CSLI's Student Counselor. Having been a student in Vancouver herself, she understands your position and will make sure that you are comfortable and happy at the school. Kuniko also speaks Japanese.
Lani will organize your Friday activities as well as answer any program or registration related questions. She is also the coordinator for the Practicum Placement Program.	Lani Krantz Admission Manager
Michael Song Student Counselor and Marketing Assistant	Michael can help you with any questions such as finding activities in Vancouver and how to get around, to sending visa applications. He is also responsible for our Chinese Market and assists with all marketing projects at CSLI. Michael is an artist and designer whose talent much used in our promotional materials and in the school.
